Once we receive your detailed application documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. We then review your documents and consult the appropriate department. If your application has impressed us, we will invite you to an initial interview. Your interviewers will generally be a representative from human resources and another from the relevant department.
Depending on the position, it is also possible that our selection process will also entail an online assessment centre. If it suits both parties, a second conversation will take place. Skills-based interviews allow us to match your experiences to our job profile and find out more about you as a person.
