Progroup offers the maximum degree of transparency with E-Box: Customers are continuously informed about the order they have placed and they can even view stock movements and production planning.

Customers who have already registered with Progroup can log into the E-Box to access the customer section. All they need to do this is their user name and password. Customers receive these login details from the respective sales manager.

The customer master data such as their name and address are then stored in the customer section. In the E-Box, customers can place orders and track the production and delivery details for these orders.

Furthermore, through E-Box customers are able to amend existing orders and find out the current status of an order at any time. In addition, the route planning can be viewed – allowing the precise delivery time to be calculated and any possible changes to be displayed.

In addition, the E-Box provides interfaces to customer-specific ERP systems. Sheet orders can be made directly from these systems, and all the relevant data can be fed directly into these systems. There is no need for any time-consuming, occasionally error-prone manual data entry. The process even comprises fully automatic invoice checking. This ensures an efficient and smooth exchange of data and information between the customer and Progroup at all times.
