Progroup AG publishes 31 December/Fourth Quarter 2022 Results

The fourth quarter of 2022 marks the end of a groundbreaking year for Progroup. After 30 years at the head of the company, founder Jürgen Heindl handed over the chairmanship to his son and former deputy Maximilian Heindl at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Jürgen Heindl becomes Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and will manage JH-Holding GmbH in the future.
