Notice to our Investors
We are pleased to announce that the supervisory board of Progroup AG has appointed Mr. Philipp Kosloh as deputy member of the executive board as of 1 November 2016 for a period of five years until 31 October 2021. Mr. Kosloh already worked for Progroup AG as member of the extended management board with a particular focus on the continuous improvement of our supply chain management and as managing director of Progroup AG’s subsidiary Prologistik GmbH from 2001 through 2009. He had meanwhile opted for a career opportunity with Progroup AG’s competitor Smurfit Kappa where he was general manager for the region southwest Germany with three integrated corrugated board production sites but could now be won back for the new engagement.
Mr. Kosloh will be in charge of Progroup AG’s corrugated board division “Prowell” and of the logistic division “Prologistik” and will take over further management functions in the group. The appointment of Mr. Kosloh is, together with the recent appointment of Dr. Metz as our new CFO (as of 1 November 2016), part of Progroup AG’s new board concept for the years ahead which is based on a broader diversification of responsibili-ties and competences and will further enhance the group’s management capacity.
