Your responsibilities

  • Monitors divisional performance and enables value-added for further development, through proactive financial control, root cause analysies, etc.
  • Responsibility for the budget and result to meet objectives.  Reviews, plans & makes recommendations, documenting assumptions made for presentation.
  • Responsibility for preparation and implementation of monthly operational and financial performance reports proactively working with operational managers to avert losses before KPIs & budget are affected.
  • Coordinates countermeasures agreed, escalating to Head of Controlling as appropriate.
  • Carries out cost centre accounting within area of responsibility collaborating with key stakeholders

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in bachelor or master of business administration or accounting.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting or similar an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in company-specific B2B processes, business models and manufacturing best practice
  • Advanced knowledge in forecasting, cost accounting, financial planning and performance analysis
  • English for business negotiation purposes. German and or French/Italian, an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in SAP (preferrable S4/ Hana) and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel to an advanced standard.
